Odell Dickerson, Jr. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the New Psalmist Baptist Church, Baltimore. Odell oversees the operations and staff for the 8,000 member ministry. Additionally, Dickerson is the CEO of OdellExec, Enterprises, LLC. He is highly sought after as a leadership consultant and speaker because of his diverse professional and faith-based experiences.
